Promotions announced at MC Machinery Systems

Brian Howard and George Johnson

MC Machinery Systems, Elk Grove Village, Ill., has announced the promotions of Brian Howard to general manager of purchasing/logistics and George Johnson to general manager of the Consumable Products Group.

Howard joined the company as a purchasing agent in 1998 after graduating from DePaul University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He became purchasing supervisor in 2001, purchasing manager in 2006, and senior purchasing manager in 2016.

Johnson joined the company in 1999 as a sales support representative. The following year, he joined the EDM Consumables Group as a Midwest regional sales manager, and in 2004 he was promoted to national sales manager.
