Maysteel Industries appoints CFO

Dan Kane

Maysteel Industries LLC, a designer and manufacturer of custom OEM sheet metal enclosures, kiosks, cabinets, and racks in Allenton, Wis., has promoted Dan Kane to CFO. He succeeds Randy Gromowski, who is retiring after serving in the position 11 years.

Kane joined the company in 2021 as controller. Before that, he served for 17 years with Caterpillar Inc. in several finance and accounting positions, most recently as business resource manager from 2018 to 2020. Kane is a CPA and a graduate of Illinois State University.
