Carry-On Trailer to expand in Virginia
Carry-On Trailer, a manufacturer of steel and utility trailers, will invest $9.2 million to increase capacity at its facility in Westmoreland County, Va., and upgrade to a powder coat paint system. The expansion will create 60 jobs.
The company offers utility, cargo, aluminum, dump, equipment, and specialty trailers, along with a full replacement parts program. Based in Lavonia, Ga., Carry-On Trailer has seven manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S.
