Pemamek appoints business development manager
Ryan Althausen
Welding automation provider Pemamek Ltd. has named Ryan Althausen as business development manager for its North American subsidiary Pemamek LLC. He is responsible for introducing manufacturers in Texas and Oklahoma to the company’s automated welding systems, which are suitable for oil industry applications involving heavy-weld, high-mix, low-volume parts.
A graduate of Grove City College, Althausen brings 10 years of experience in the welding industry to his current role. He earned his AWS Certified Weld Inspector certification in 2019 and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in 2022.
The company provides robotic welding systems, welding positioners, column and boom units, roller beds, and programming and control software to the shipbuilding, general fabrication, offshore and process, wind energy, and power generation industries.
