Tube-Line Technologies offers TF2.0-M end finishing machine

Tube-Line Technologies has introduced the TF2.0-M, a 2-in. tube end finishing machine for flaring, trimming, and beading. The 1-HP direct-drive spindle helps prevent motor stalls. The carriage moves on linear guideways for rigidity and precision, the company states.

Its pneumatic tube stop can be disabled with a knob turn for beading operations. In addition to the soft jaw close feature and safety covers, the machine comes standard with a lockout disconnect and emergency stop to keep operating personnel safe. It can use customers’ existing tooling.
