ArcWorld 6000 robotic arc welding workcell from Yaskawa Motoman made for large-quantity runs

The ArcWorld 6000 family of pre-engineered robotic arc welding workcells from Yaskawa Motoman features a design and standard options for large-quantity runs of medium to large parts.

Configurations with one, two, or three AR series arc welding robots are available. Streamlined arm designs allow simplified access to parts in tights spots, avoiding potential interference with fixtures.

The compact YRC1000 controller is integrated into the workcell design, which includes separate cabinets for high- and low-voltage components, as well as dedicated locations for power sources, water circulators, pneumatics, and sensors. The controller features patented multiple-robot control with coordinated motion between devices.
