JW Aluminum names CFO
Philip J. Cavatoni
JW Aluminum, Goose Creek, S.C., a producer of flat-rolled aluminum products, has appointed Philip J. Cavatoni as CFO. He succeeds Rich Caruso, who has served as CFO since 2017. Caruso will be joining the company’s board of directors.
Cavatoni comes to the company from SixAxis LLC, where he has served as CFO since 2016. Previously Cavatoni spent seven years with Alpha Natural Resources as chief financial and strategy officer and also served as managing director in the investment bank at J.P. Morgan.
Cavatoni holds a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
