Kalamazoo Industries K20E cutoff saw designed for wet cutting metal samples

The Kalamazoo Industries K20E 20-in., enclosed metallurgical cutoff saw is designed for wet cutting metal samples, such as coupons, and to inspect internal properties of a workpiece, such as after heat treating or proofing a mold.

The saw features a 15-HP, three-phase (220- or 440-V), 1,950-RPM motor and a 1-in. spindle arbor. It comes with air/oil power downfeed, air chain vise, and a coolant pump system with dual coolant hoses. Operation is manual feed with a repeatable downfeed rate from 0 to 12 FPM, oscillation, automatic saw head return at the end of the cut, and side access ports for long stock to pass through the cabinet. An adjustable downstop limits the depth of the cut.
