Kalamazoo Industries offers the BG214 backstand grinder. It features dual 3- by 132-in. belt grinding heads to enable running multiple belt grits at 6,300 SFPM simultaneously on a single grinding unit.

The machine allows simple access to the 14- by 3-in., 70-durometer, serrated contact wheel, allowing full left to right movement for snagging, roughing, contouring, angles, and shaping. The unit comes with a vacuum attachment; a 15-HP, 3-phase, 220- or 440-V motor; isolation pads; and replaceable V-belts. Options include variable-speed drive and a worktable.
