ProBend from BLM GROUP

BLM GROUP offers the new ProBend automated press brake cell. With a compact size of 281 in. by 160 ft. by 122 in., it features the ProBend E-Series 205-60 and a 30-kg robot. It has the flexibility to process a variety of part sizes, from 4 by 3 in. to 24 by 32 in. and 33 lbs. The E-Series 205-60 press brake has a bending force of 66 tons and a bending length of 81 in.

The system has two load/unload locations with the ability to integrate the unload pallets with an AGV as desired. The preload section is configurable for adaptation to part geometry and can be removed to accommodate larger parts. The 3-axis Cartesian pick-and-place system with pivoting head allows the robot to continue processing parts while staging the next piece of material.
