Welser Profile acquires Superior Roll Forming

Welser Profile GmbH, a producer of custom cold roll-formed steel sections and tubes in Austria and Germany, has acquired Superior Roll Forming.

Bill Johnson, managing director of Welser Inc., the firm’s sales company in Chicago, will serve as president/CEO. Former owners Tim and Kevin Synk remain as vice president of sales and engineering and vice president of operations, respectively.
