JR Machine adds two executives to leadership team

JR Machine, a contract manufacturer of complex machined parts in Shawano, Wis., has hired David Verhoff as executive vice president and Matt Shambeau as operations manager.

Verhoff has more than 25 years of experience in engineering operations, lean manufacturing, and sales development at companies of various sizes. He previously served as president of Basin Precision Machining and also held leadership roles at Jarp Industries, Ideal Products Inc., and Oshkosh Corp. He earned a degree in engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Shambeau has 15 years of manufacturing experience, including more than 10 years in purchasing. He previously held the roles of purchasing manager at Marion Body Works and senior buyer at Gamber-Johnson. Shambeau earned an associate degree in supply chain management from Fox Valley Technical College.
