InCompass acquires Bridgeport Machine Tool

Machinery manufacturer InCompass, a platform company of TJM Capital Partners, has reached an agreement to acquire Bridgeport Machine Tool Co., a manufacturer of vertical milling machines.

This acquisition enhances InCompass’ global presence and bolsters its manufacturing capabilities to serve job shops, OEMs, and other end users.
