Weiler Abrasives appoints VP of global human resources

Weiler Abrasives, a Cresco, Pa., provider of abrasives, power brushes, and maintenance products for surface conditioning, has named Lynn Rich as vice president of global human resources and a member of the executive committee.

Rich has been an independent director of the company’s board since February 2022. She comes to Weiler Abrasives from Vertiv, where she served as HR chief of staff and most recently as director of sales strategy and planning at Vertiv. She also worked as international business development manager at Sutphen Corp. Rich holds an MBA from Fisher College of Business, as well as bachelor’s degrees in marketing and Spanish from Ohio State University.
