MG srl delivers leveling machine to GAI Macchine Imbottigliatrici Spa

MG srl SP 31.40 S model leveler

GAI Macchine Imbottigliatrici Spa, a designer and manufacturer of systems for the bottling and packaging of alcoholic beverages, has installed a leveling machine from MG srl to ensure its sheet metal is flat and ready for processing.

The SP 31.40 S model has a useful working distance of 3,200 mm for flattening stainless steel sheets. It features an antideflection system on both rows of rollers. This allows for smaller roller diameters and thus a reduced distance between centers, with improved results on material thicknesses from 10 to 40 mm. The straightening machine is equipped with two motorized roller conveyors for loading and unloading material.
