It inspects and documents processes in real time, with the option to perform process monitoring using two independent channels. This allows simultaneous process monitoring and performance measurement using one device.

The profileobserver compact is suitable for measuring the geometry of weld and solder seams. Collecting up to 10,000 images/sec., the unit identifies, measures, and documents geometries and surface defects automatically during the production process. This camera-based inspection process detects edge notches and spatter and is suitable for measuring joining gaps.
