Powered hand truck features variable forward/reverse motion

Valley Craft Industries Inc. offers a new powered hand truck. It combines the design of the EZY-Rol drum truck line with high-traction pneumatic wheels for rough-surface traction; full-function, variable forward and reverse travel with reverse audible warning; and a battery-powered motor with charging/monitoring system.

Other features include easy-grip hand brakes and a twist-grip mounted motor control with rocker-style switch. The hand truck converts from a slim-profile, traditional hand truck to an 800-lb. load carrier with the flip of a switch, the company reports.
