Marking machines designed to integrate into automation systems

I-Mark™ I-Series (Integration) dot peen and silent-scribe marking systems from Columbia Marking Tools (CMT) are designed for integration into automation systems to process a variety of materials.

Both machine styles can mark at speeds of four to five characters/sec., including 2-D/UID machine readable codes. The silent-scribe model also can mark the company’s patented, high-resolution Square-Dot® 2-D code. With three mounting sides to choose from, these systems fit into production equipment.

Optional features include small and large marking windows, an additional debris shield for industrial environments, extended pins for marking in recesses, and extra-long cables to position the controller farther from the marking head.
