Parts chute helps eliminate need for microjoints

COMEQ Inc. offers an automatic parts chute as an option for 50- and 60-in. Y-axis Euromac punching machines, allowing the user to avoid microjoints.

The chute unloads finished parts up to 47.24 by 35 in. without operator involvement. It can be combined with the Flex punching system to form a system that uses 21 tools with 12 auto-indexing stations and six B-stations, up to 66 tools with 30 auto-indexing stations, all while sorting small and large parts.
