Chip conveyor belt hinge designed as one continuous piece

Hennig has introduced a 2.5-in.-pitch steel belt chip conveyor for moving chips, parts, and scrap pieces. The company can make conveyors in widths from 4 to 80 in. The belt hinge is designed as one continuous piece.

Impact plates are optional. Incline covers can be included when large amounts of stringy/balled chips are to be evacuated from the machine.

The company's Chip Disc Filtration (CDF) systems also can be used with the new conveyor. The systems can filter down to 25 microns, and additional bag filters can be included to achieve the through-spindle requirements on most machine applications.
