Shiloh Industries acquires Radar Industries, expands stamping business into central Mexico

Shiloh Industries Inc., Valley City, Ohio, a provider of lightweighting processes to the automotive and commercial vehicle markets, has announced its acquisition of Warren, Mich.-based Radar Industries, a producer of interior, chassis, and power train components.

The acquisition includes three metal stamping plants: two located in Warren, Mich., and the other in Celaya, Mexico. The deal also includes a sales and technical center in Warren. Radar employs about 325 workers in the U.S. and Mexico.
