Steel Fab to invest $1.5 million in Virginia steel manufacturing operation
Steel Fab has announced plans to establish a pressure tank production operation in Lebanon, Va. The $1.5 million project will create 50 new jobs and save 240 jobs.
Steel Fab is a division of the Samuel Pressure Vessel Group of Wisconsin, part of the parent company Samuel Son & Co. Ltd., Mississauga, Ont. Samuel, a family-owned metals processor and distributor, operates service center and manufacturing networks that supply products and parts nationwide.
The location allows Steel Fab to organize its production in one facility and expand its product line into larger pressure vessel tanks.
