Porter's Group to open first Virginia plant
Porter's Group LLC, Bessemer City, NC, has announced plans to establish operations in Lynchburg, Va., creating 120 jobs.
The company will invest $1.8 million to upgrade an existing manufacturing plant. It will produce fabricated metal products such as safes and related products and parts. Porter's Group has five locations throughout the Southeast.
