Hypertherm recognized in New Hampshire as Best Large Company to Work For

Hypertherm, a metal cutting system manufacturer based in Hanover, N.H., has been selected as the Best Large Company to Work For in New Hampshire. This is the 11th time Hypertherm has been named to the Best Company list, sponsored by Business NH magazine and New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility, and the only company elected to the Best Company Hall of Fame more than once.

The company was selected for the award based on its high rate of associate engagement, including the company's no-layoff policy, the breadth of professional development programs, and the practice of actively seeking employee input.
