Patriot Automation CNC changes ownership

Patriot Automation CNC Inc., Daphne, Ala., has been purchased by Richard A. Morgan, also of Daphne. Morgan has served in executive roles for several major corporations over the last 34 years, many related to the welding and cutting industries.

The company offers a variety of XY-axis cutting tables; robots; plasma systems; CNCs; and equipment for plasma marking, plasma welding, waterjet cutting, laser cutting, robotic and fixed GMAW, automated oxyfuel welding, bevel cutting with plasma and oxyfuel, and automated arc gouging.
