Pferd appoints applications specialist

Abrasive products manufacturer Pferd Inc., Leominster, Mass., has appointed Sean Lindley as applications specialist covering Louisiana and Texas, with occasional assignments in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Based in the Houston area, he is responsible for providing product training and support to end users and distributors located in those market areas.

Lindley most recently worked in sales and technical applications positions at National Pump and Compressor. Before that he served as a U.S. Army captain in several leadership positions, including duty as an infantry company executive officer in Iraq, for which he was awarded a Bronze Star and Army Commendation Medal. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas-Austin.
