LASERDYNE: Pioneering Precision in Laser Processing:

Prima Power LASERDYNE, headquartered in Brooklyn Park, MN, stands out in the realm of laser processing solutions. With a rich history spanning over 40 years, LASERDYNE is founded on a commitment to innovation, precision, and customer satisfaction and continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in laser manufacturing technology.
At the heart of LASERDYNE's offerings are two highly configurable laser processing machines tailored to meet the diverse needs of each customer in industries such as aerospace, space economy, and energy. The cornerstone of LASERDYNE's success lies in its ability to prioritize and focus on its customers' needs. By listening to and understanding their customers' precise applications, the LASERDYNE team is dedicated to delivering unparalleled quality and performance in every aspect of its products and services.

Industry Recognition:
Over the years, LASERDYNE has earned widespread recognition for its industry-leading solutions and firm commitment to excellence. Early on, LASERDYNE laser systems became the standard for laser processing of aero-engine components. Then, in the early 1990s, LASERDYNE machines enabled a transition in the design of aero-engine components that has led to major increases in fuel efficiency and reductions in emissions. Components designed initially for metal punching that included a few relatively large cooling holes were redesigned to include hundreds of thousands of small (0.5 mm diameter), shallow angle (20 degrees off the surface) ‘effusion cooling holes.’ The capability to produce these holes using LASERDYNE machines lead to a revolution in aero and power generation turbine engine component design. Today, LASERDYNE implements its innovative processes in multiple industry sectors, including space economy and advanced aero-engine application, continuing to push 3D laser processing to new levels.
Advanced Technology and Precision Engineering:
LASERDYNE's machines represent the culmination of years of advanced research and development and precision engineering. A single machine that supports 2D and 3D applications for welding, drilling, and cutting components. The BeamDirector® and quick-change nozzles enable changing from one laser process to another with ease, allowing the machine to support 3 to 7+ axes of simultaneous motion. Whether creating robust joints, meeting the most demanding specifications with precision drilling, or executing intricately cut patterns, LASERDYNE's solutions provide flexibility and efficiency while consistently exceeding expectations. With software controlled in-house, LASERDYNE delivers sophisticated solutions that enhance automation and productivity in manufacturing processes.

Exceptional Customer Focus:
LASERDYNE prioritizes its client's success throughout the machine's entire lifecycle. From purchase to the end, they are dedicated to supporting customers through challenges such as workforce reductions, ensuring machine availability, and future preparedness. The LASERDYNE Application Group™ facilitates seamless progress in customer-specific projects and resolves real-world production challenges. LASERDYNE's team of experts meticulously examines the metallurgical outcomes of laser welding, drilling, and cutting processes, ensuring that the results not only meet but surpass specified requirements. By understanding the unique needs and challenges of each customer, LASERDYNE ensures that its solutions are tailored to deliver optimal results

In an increasingly competitive landscape, LASERDYNE stands out as a trusted partner for businesses seeking superior laser processing solutions
