LMI Technologies names CEO
LMI Technologies Inc. (LMI), Delta, B.C., Canada, has appointed Terry Arden as the company's new CEO. He replaces Len Metcalfe, a founder of the company and former CEO, who continues to serve as chairman of the board and remains the largest shareholder.
Previously Arden built a machine vision software company that he sold to LMI before joining the company as chief technical officer seven years ago.
The company designs and produces 2-D and 3-D vision sensor systems for industrial measurement and control processes.
