Tooling designed for all thick-turret punch presses

The MXC&3153; tooling system from Mate Precision Tooling is designed for all thick-turret punch press brands and models and provides extended life and tooling interchangeability.

The tooling system consists of punches, strippers, and slug-free dies for all thick-turret station sizes: ½-in. A, 1 ¼-in. B, 2-in. C, 3 ½-in. D, and 4 ¼-in. E. Two versions of the A and B station punches are available. One version includes lubrication ports for compatibility with toolholders that integrate with machine tool lubrication systems. The second version for C, D, and E station punches is designed for use in both lubricated and nonlubricated systems.

All punches are compatible with existing thick-turret tooling systems, including Mate's Ultra TEC® and Ultra XT™ tooling.
