Press Room Equipment acquires Norwalk Innovation

Press Room Equipment Co., a division of American Products LLC, has announced the acquisition of Norwalk Innovation Inc.

Press Room Equipment, a manufacturer of press feeding, material straightening, and coil handling equipment, will continue to build and support Norwalk's Un-Coilers and Lever Lift machines. The manufacturing operations have been consolidated to an existing Press Room Equipment location in Springfield, Mo.
