Fastener-installation press introduced

The new PEMSERTER® series 3000™l automatic fastener-installation press has been introduced by PennEngineering. According to the manufacturer, the press can install self-clinching fasteners up to 30 percent faster than traditional systems.

Full servo-electromechanical actuation technology helps improve operating consistency, reliability, and efficiency while minimizing maintenance, the company states. The system eliminates the need for hydraulic fluids.
