BTD Manufacturing acquires Pro Engineering

BTD Manufacturing Inc., Detroit Lakes, Minn., has acquired Pro Engineering, Minneapolis. The transaction involved an exchange of cash for assets.

An operating company of Otter Tail Corp., BTD offers design, engineering, prototyping, short-run applications, metal stamping, robotic and hand welding, spot welding, finishing machining, riveting, assembly, plating, heat treating, and special packaging.

Pro Engineering provides metal stampings to Midwest customers.
