WiM to host Moms in MFG virtual conference June 13

The Women in Manufacturing Association (WiM) will host the 2024 Moms in MFG virtual conference on June 13, 2024. With presenting sponsor KPMG, the annual conference allows participants to join from anywhere and fit the program into their already busy schedules.

"The strength of women and caregivers in manufacturing isn't just measured by the products they produce; it's also in the communities we build and the future generations we inspire,” said WiM President Allison Grealis. “The Moms in MFG conference is more than an event; it is a community deigned to support women year-round as they tackle integrating their personal and professional lives.”

Sessions include presentations on the importance of supporting caregiving employees and the impact it can have on the industry, empowering mothers through pregnancy and beyond, and burnout preparedness for working moms and caregivers. A panel discussion and several breakout sessions will address topics including work/life balance, workplace employee resource groups, and mental health and wellness.
